At Velitas, we use standard shipping methods and ensure that your candles are packaged securely to avoid any damages during transit. A flat shipping rate of $10 will apply to each parcel. We ship to all states within Australia and provide a tracking number for your convenience. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Velitas. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We will issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
